This kit comes complete with everything you need to build a 3/4" Venturi burner including comprehensive step-by-step illustrated assembly instructions.  Easy to build and they work really well!

- These Venturi burners will heat a typical well insulated forge volume of approximately 350 cubic inches up to forge welding temperature!

- Please see the picture of the assembled Venturi burner below for an example of what the kit builds!  Also, watch the video for one of these burners in operation!

- Requires propane hose, regulator (0-30 psi), and POL fitting.

Forced-Air Burner Kit:

This kit comes complete with everything you need to build a Forced Air burner

- These burners feature a 2" body and a 1" burner tube, and are suitable for a forge size of 8" diameter and up!  They allow easy adjustment of gas and air flow so that you can set the forge atmosphere exactly as you need it!  Also, this design allows for a good mixing of the fuel/air so that you get great efficiency from your burner!

- Requires propane hose, regulator (0-17 psi), POL fitting, and user supplied blower.

3/4" 316L Stainless Steel Burner Flare

These quality burner flares are made from 316L stainless steel to better withstand the high temperatures they will be exposed to in a forge environment!   Unlike some of the other burner flares currently on the market, they are press formed using an actual 12:1 tapered die and feature 3 set screws for added stability on your burner tube.  Improve the efficiency, stability, and performance of your Venturi burner by adding one of these flares!

These burner flares fit over a 3/4" burner pipe.
